According to the 2006 NVC Catalog:
Located on 137 acres, Northwest Vista College is comprised of the following buildings: The Learning Center (now Manzanillo Hall), the Academic Building (now Mountain Laurel Hall), the College Commons (now Huisache Hall), the Community and Technology Center (now Pecan Hall), the physical plant (now the Texas Persimmon Physical Plant) and annex area.

The Learning Center housed the state-of-the-art Learning Resource Center, the Student Success Center and the college’s administration offices. The College Commons was home to the bookstore, the college’s Kinesiology and Multimedia Technology programs, the Office of Student Engagement, the student lounge, banquet facilities and refreshment vending facilities.

The Academic Building was home to classrooms, laboratories, and faculty offices. The Community Technology Center was home to the Corporate and Community Development Department, classrooms, dance studios, and computer labs. The annex area included 23,000 square feet of additional classroom space.
