In our continuous effort to promote well-being and mindfulness within our campus community, we invite all students, staff, and faculty to participate in a rejuvenating Sound Bowl session.

Yoga mats will be provided. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing.

The Sound Bowl session offers a unique opportunity to unwind, relax, and recharge amidst the demands of academic and professional life. Led by a skilled practitioner, the session will involve the use of Tibetan singing bowls, creating soothing sounds that resonate through the space. This ancient practice has been known to have numerous benefits, including:

  1. Stress Reduction: Immerse yourself in the calming tones of the bowls, allowing stress and tension to melt away.
  2. Enhanced Focus: Experience improved concentration and mental clarity, helping you approach your tasks with renewed energy.
