General Event Information

Gates Open & Close 

  • Event begins at 12:00 pm
  • Event ends at 11:30 pm

Alcohol Beverage Sales

  • Alcohol Beverage sales open at 3:00 pm
  • Alcohol Beverage sales ends at 11:00 pm

Food & Beverage Ticket Sales

  • Food & Beverage ticket sales end at 11:00 pm. All food transactions are tickets only! Tickets can purchased at designated booths and ticket purchases are cash only.

Parking

  • Free parking

Entertainment

  • Opening Ceremony begins at 12:00 pm
  • Live bands begin at 5 pm
Tickets | Food & Alcoholic Beverages
  • General admission tickets are $10.00 per person. Cash and card will be accepted only at admission booths
  • Free Admission for current students, staff, and faculty with Alamo Colleges ID.
  • Food tickets can be purchased onsite with a $1.00 minimum purchase and can be purchased with CASH ONLY.
  • Beer sales start at 3:00 pm and end at 11:00 pm.
  • Beer purchases require a valid ID and must be 21 years of age to purchase.
Parking | VIA Link | Rideshare
  • Free parking on Palo Alto College grounds.
  • We encourage PACfest attendees to use the VIA Link or utilize Ride Share through Lyft or Uber to attend PACfest.
Family Friendly Event
  • Free activities for kids from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Children 12 years and younger, receive FREE admission to PACfest.
  • STEM Alley and Kids’ Activities brought to you by Alamo AFCEA Education Foundation.
Prohibited & Allowed Items

ALL Fiesta PACfest patrons and their belongings are subject to search.

ALLOWED:

  • Clear bags (12"x6"x12")
  • Blankets
  • Strollers
  • Lawn chairs/Foldable chairs
  • Only service animals are allowed into the grounds.

 

PROHIBITED:

Please note that officers will confiscate prohibited items, and will discard.

  • NO Unauthorized drones
  • NO Laser pointers
  • NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, including pocket knives, brass knuckles, etc.
  • NO Pets allowed
  • NO Illegal drugs
  • NO Ice chests
  • NO Bags or backpacks (clear bags only - 12"x6"x12" )
  • NO Refunds on Admission Tickets and Food and Beverage Coupons.
  • NO outside food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages allowed inside PACfest grounds!  Items are subject to confiscation.
  • NO pets allowed (except for service animals)
  • NO SMOKING. No smoking allowed on Alamo Colleges District property, including e-cigarettes and vapor smoking.
  • NO bags or backpacks larger than 12"x6"x12" are allowed into PACfest grounds. We encourage the use of clear bags so that we can expedite entry into this event.
  • Prohibited bags will not be held nor checked in at the gates.
  • All bags brought into the event will be screened.
  • BY ENTERING PACfest, you agree to be photographed / videotaped and your picture or likeness may be used for PACfest publicity and promotions.
Safety at PACfest
  • Your safety is our #1 priority.
  • PACfest works closely with local, state, and federal authorities to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable time.
  • There will be uniformed and plain-clothed officers throughout the grounds.
  • All attendants will be wanded before entry.

REMEMBER: If you see something, say something.

Security & Entry
  • All patrons and their belongings will be searched upon entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.
  • Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.
  • At any time during the entry process, if you have questions, ask for assistance from security personnel located at the front gates.
Exit & Re-entry

RE-ENTRY IS ALLOWED BUT YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO RE-SEARCH UPON ENTRY. Gates close at 11:30 PM.

Payment Types

ATMs
ATMs will be available on PACfest grounds

Cash Only
Tickets can purchased at designated booths and ticket purchases are cash only.

Cards
Card payments are only accepted at the admission booths. 

Checks
Checks are not accepted.

Refunds
Admission, food and beverage tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets
All food and beverage items can only be purchased with tickets, no cash purchases. Ticket sales end at 11:00 p.m. Tickets are available in $1 increments.

Rain or Shine?

YES! PACfest will still go on rain or shine.

Refund & Policy

There will be no refunds.
